305 MSV is a courtyard-facing room located on the third floor of the building, accessible by stairs. This suite features 1 queen-sized bed with four plush pillows, a dedicated working area, and is one of the more intimate suites on the third floor. It’s ideal for those who spend much of their time exploring the city. Like all our rooms, it’s thoughtfully designed with everything you need to feel perfectly at home. While it does not have an in-suite kitchenette, a shared kitchen is available on the same floor for your convenience.

Please note: guests have reported that this room can be affected by noise from the courtyard. We recommend that those who are sensitive to noise consider choosing a different room.
