Maisons & Co. is a virtual concept boutique hotel offering two distinct properties in the heart of Old Montreal:
Maison Sainte-Thérèse (MST) and Maison Saint-Vincent (MSV) — located just across the street from one another.

A Seamless, Virtual Experience

As a virtual concept hotel, Maisons & Co. offers a streamlined, contact-free experience. All check-in instructions and access codes are provided before your arrival, allowing you to settle in effortlessly. Though the check-in
process is contact-free, we do have on-site staff that will be delighted to assist you with any needs you may have.

Each hotel embraces Montreal’s rich history and European charm, blending original architecture with contemporary design to offer you a stay that feels both classic and effortless.

Maison Sainte-Thérèse once a renowned 19th-century library, preserves its literary past through exposed stone and brick walls, paired with modern finishes for a homey, comforting atmosphere.

Maison Saint-Vincent, located just across the street and formerly home to Hotel Richelieu, stands as a Montreal landmark, with its preserved 1858 façade and striking French windows that fill each room with natural light.

With only 15 rooms at MST and 10 rooms at MSV, Maisons & Co. offers a personalized, design-forward experience—perfect for those seeking to explore Montreal with a balance of history, style, and comfort.

Please note: Due to the historic designation of Maison Saint-Vincent, elevators are not available.

Maisons & Co. is the vision of
Adrienne Couture,

mother of five: her two children, of course, Maison Sainte-Thérèse, Maison Saint-Vincent, and her dog, Shelby. Adrienne can always be found eating a sandwich (don’t hesitate to ask for her top local recommendations) or attending to the intricate details that make our hotels feel like home. This means there is definitely a chance you will see her walking the halls of either hotel with a drill in her hands, we have video evidence of this. 

Maisons & Co. acts as an opportunity for Adrienne to partner with local designers, artists and brands in order to create an environment that is both stylish and functional. She always notices what needs attention, and assures everything is updated and maintained to perfection, all while leading her small team of two (plus our exceptional cleaning staff, without whom we wouldn’t be able to provide the experience we do).

You can expect to find fresh flowers and croissants in the hallways, hand placed by Adrienne herself, and a very warm greeting whenever she is around. It is rare to find someone who is so eager and happy to offer recommendations and assistance. For those travelling with young children, Adrienne pays special attention: making sure they have everything they need to feel at ease. As a mother herself, she understands the challenges of traveling with little ones and is dedicated to making sure every family has what they need to feel at ease during their stay. It’s a pleasure to witness how much care is put into each individual guest. 

Adrienne is quite literally a powerhouse, handling administration and finances to guest experience and satisfaction and essentially everything in between. She built the hotel from the ground up and continues to improve it with relentless energy and very little help. It’s inspiring to watch.  

Maisons & Co. is not just about offering a place to stay—it’s about crafting an experience where every guest feels welcome, comfortable, and cared for. Every detail is intentionally curated to ensure that your stay is memorable. While our team is small, we pour our hearts into every aspect of your experience. We hope you feel this, too.
