Maisons & Co. is a virtual concept boutique hotel offering two distinct properties in the heart of Old Montreal:
Maison Sainte-Thérèse (MST) and Maison Saint-Vincent (MSV) — located just across the street from one another.

A Seamless, Virtual Experience

As a virtual concept hotel, Maisons & Co. offers a streamlined, contact-free experience. All check-in instructions and access codes are provided before your arrival, allowing you to settle in effortlessly. Though the check-in
process is contact-free, we do have on-site staff that will be delighted to assist you with any needs you may have.

Each hotel embraces Montreal’s rich history and European charm, blending original architecture with contemporary design to offer you a stay that feels both classic and effortless.

Maison Sainte-Thérèse once a renowned 19th-century library, preserves its literary past through exposed stone and brick walls, paired with modern finishes for a homey, comforting atmosphere.

Maison Saint-Vincent, located just across the street and formerly home to Hotel Richelieu, stands as a Montreal landmark, with its preserved 1858 façade and striking French windows that fill each room with natural light.

With only 15 rooms at MST and 10 rooms at MSV, Maisons & Co. offers a personalized, design-forward experience—perfect for those seeking to explore Montreal with a balance of history, style, and comfort.

Please note: Due to the historic designation of Maison Saint-Vincent, elevators are not available.

Maisons & Co. is the vision of
Adrienne Couture,

Adrienne is a mother of six: her three children, Maison Sainte-Thérèse, Maison Saint-Vincent, and her dog, Shelby.

She is usually focused on the details that keep the hotels running smoothly. There is a good chance you’ll spot her in the hallway with a drill in hand, adjusting, repairing or improving something. We have the video evidence to prove it.

Through Maisons & Co., Adrienne works with local designers, artists and brands to create spaces that are both beautiful and practical. She oversees everything from administration and finances to maintenance and the guest experience, while leading a small team of two, along with our exceptional cleaning staff, who are essential to everything we do.

You may find fresh flowers or croissants in the hallways, often placed there by Adrienne herself. When she is at the hotel, she is always happy to offer a recommendation, answer a question or help make a guest’s stay a little easier.

Families travelling with young children receive particular attention. As a mother of three, Adrienne understands how much smoother a trip can be when the practical details have already been considered. She wants parents and children to have what they need to settle in and feel comfortable from the moment they arrive.

Adrienne built Maisons & Co. from the ground up and remains closely involved in every part of it. The company is founded on a simple idea: a hotel should be thoughtfully designed, well maintained and genuinely welcoming.
