  • The main difference between both of our locations is the decor and price. Maison Sainte-Thérèse has been more recently renovated and is slightly more modern, with a more earthy decor and slightly higher price point. Maison Saint-Vincent features brighter colours, such as blues and pinks and has a slightly lower price point.

All of the rooms at Maison Sainte-Thérèse have a fully stocked kitchenette, whereas only those on the second floor of Maison Saint-Vincent have an in-suite kitchenette. Those on the third floor (301 to 305) have a shared kitchen for guests to use.

  • All of our rooms feature 1 queen-sized bed. Some of our rooms include a pull out sofa or rollaway cot, for those travelling with extra guests. See below for extra occupancy:

  • Check-out ends at 11AM.

All that’s required of you to check-out is to double check that you have all of your belongings and then simply close the door behind you. We hope you enjoyed your stay and would absolutely love to host you again.

  • Please note that we do not have our own parking. We suggest the following parking options for your stay.

Street parking in Old-Montreal is by permit only, therefore it is prohibited for guests to park there. Please be very mindful of this to avoid a ticket.

In order to avoid a parking ticket while unloading your vehicle, we recommend that you keep someone by your car at all times. If you are travelling alone, don’t hesitate to call us. If our staff are present at the hotel, we’d be happy to help.

  • All guests have up until 5 days prior to the start of their reservation to cancel without penalty or charge. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. We’re happy to help.

  • Maisons & Co. is a virtual concept hotel, meaning there is not always a reception to welcome guests and staff are not always present on-site. You will receive digital access codes prior to your arrival, which will grant you access to the hotel and your room, reducing wait times and streamlining your check-in and check-out experience. You are welcome to come and go at your own pace, and are therefore offered more privacy while still having full access to our support via text or call.

We do, however, have a concierge who is available for any emergencies and we do have staff on-site during the day.

While we have put a lot of effort into ensuring that you have everything you need, we do understand that guests sometimes do require extra assistance or care. For this reason, you can reach us by text, WhatsApp, or phone at the following numbers:

    Call or text: 438 700 8601

    WhatsApp: 438 815 2054

We are very quick to respond and are happy to help you with anything you may need at any time. If you need physical assistance, we are happy to send a member of staff to help you.

  • Neither Maison Saint-Vincent and Maison Sainte-Thérèse are not wheelchair accessible. While Maison Sainte-Thérèse does have an elevator, there are a few short steps required to enter the building. Maison Saint-Vincent is only accessible by stairs. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

  • Yes! We have baby cots and child mattresses that we can prepare for you at no extra cost. Please inform us if you require either of these and we will have it ready for your arrival.

  • If you booked a room that can accommodate more than two guests and you would like for the extra bed to be prepared upon arrival, please contact us via email or phone 24 hours ahead of your stay to arrange this. We are happy to prepare extra bedding for guests but require notice to do so.

  • Yes, of course! You are welcome to leave your bags in our laundry room for as long as you need, before or after your stay. The instructions for this will be provided to you along with your check-in information, two days prior to your arrival. Our laundry rooms are monitored by staff during the day for security.

  • We recommend taking a taxi or Uber, as these are the most convenient options and they are not expensive.

Typically, this will cost around $40. Alternatively, there is a bus that leaves to and from the airport, the information for which can be found here: https://www.admtl.com/en/access/transports/buses-747-express

  • Stays shorter than 6 nights do not include housekeeping, though it is offered at an additional cost. Please contact us if you wish to add housekeeping to your stay or, if you have a longer stay, we would be happy to arrange complimentary housekeeping for you – depending on the length of your stay.

  • Yes! Our check-in process is virtual, meaning you will receive access codes ahead of your stay which will give you access to the hotel and your room. Guests are welcome to check in any time after 3PM. Just be sure to have the email with all of your check-in information with you.

  • Both of our locations have laundry facilities that guests are welcome to use. We simply ask that you do so in the evening, after 3PM, so that our staff may work uninterrupted during the day. If you need laundry detergent, please let us know in the morning so that we may leave some out for you.

  • All of our rooms have standing showers, not bathtubs.

  • Yes, rooms 101, 102, 103, 104, 105, 106, 107, and 108 at Maison Sainte-Thérèse are all located on the ground floor of the building. The windows are double-panned and locked for extra security.

Rooms 201, 202, 203, 204, 205, 206 and 207 at Maison Sainte-Thérèse are located on the second floor of the building and are accessible by stairs or elevator.

All of the rooms at Maison Saint-Vincent are located on the second (201-205) and third floors (301-305) of the building. Since it is a historic building, there is no elevator and the rooms are accessible only by stairs. Since it is a historic building, we are unable to renovate it to include an elevator. We appreciate your understanding in the matter.

  • Rooms 105, 106, 107 and 108 at Maison Sainte-Thérèse are located above our local cocktail bar, Bisou Bisou, and can be affected by noise in the evenings. If you are sensitive to noise, we recommend avoiding these rooms.

  • Rooms 201, 202, 203, 301, 302, and 303 at Maison Saint-Vincent are street-facing, whereas 204, 205, 304, and 305 face the courtyard. Guests often report that courtyard-facing rooms can be affected by noise from the neighbours.
